Host your EventThe pit room features four, 1,000-gallon, offset steel barrel smokers, each hand-built by Moberg Smokers of Dripping Springs as well as two BQ Grills built in Elm City, North Carolina. These smokers allow pit master Alec Varnell to cook the meats over Post Oak wood for a rich and smoky flavor.
